The entire project with all the work packages and included activities are the result of the joint development, which is reflected in all the activities of the project proposal. The project content is actually the result of skills and knowledge of individual project partners, to achieve a common goal. The partners are in parallel with the proposed activities that they suggest for the certain region or covered in a particular sector.

Since the project preparation itself was based on the complementary of capacities and competencies of partners for certain involved spheres and area, the project's implementation was also set so. On one hand, the joint project implementation by all the partners is essential to carry out the activities, on the other hand, the joint performance of all the activities and mutual cooperation is also important in order to strength the internal capacities of the involved organizations.

Joint staff takes care for coordination and monitoring / evaluation of the project activities and financial project effects and namely through the lead partner. In all other stages there is no duplication of the staff and each partner priory covers their geographic area (eg. Pomurje) or sphere included in the project (economy). In any case, it is important to develop a common staff to continue the partnership approaches after the completion of this project; however, we see this as a joint project team staff, who is in charge of the activities’ implementation.
